It’s Monday again and it’s still raining just like the last week. I guess monsoon season coming, some area like upper Samarahan got flooded, im still here and completing the routine day. What im gonna do, just an ordinary person with the ordinary day. Make me wonder what exactly job I want,if i have a choice. If you not happy with your current job, how can we perform right?
I am talking about job satisfaction. Get hired and earn a good pay, it’s a meaning of a job satisfaction? Some people not just want for the job only but as a career. What’s the difference? A lot of different.
Some of my friends change a job more than 3 times a year and switch to another company. and this make the parents wonder and worry too.Ya switching is good actually but too often is not good, right.? In term of stability.
Im just heard from someone mumbling; nowadays a lot of graduated unemployed. Some of them point a finger and blaming @#@$@%? Because fail to get a job. Why not they open a small restaurant? You know food industry has bright future performance,People always come to eat.
So what do you think? I don’t know. I am a bad writer.

Nama rita??Sigi amai,mayuh graduate kitai nadai kerja banding enggau sekeda org ti nadai ngembuan sijil diploma..I guess kebuah iya nyadi baka tuk is,laban quality sidak iya kurang.I mean,whats the point of getting a diploma if your CGPA semina cukup makai,like below than 2.0 points?Even I'm as a housewife can do that,what...bisi sekeda mina engkah nama dirik ba sijil STPM tapi result hampeh.Tapi org baka tu selalu nya ngegeh,enggai kerja sengapa...mesti ka kerja standard nitih qualification.Untung org yg bisi nyambung pelajar tapi rugi ngagai sekeda miak yg main2 belajar,ngabis ke duit apai indai.
Hai Pat,manah rita,baju udah kering laban bisi panas kemari.Amat meh ko nuan, tang bisi ga sekeda bulih manah result tang enda ga bulih kereja.Tusah mimit,anang ga gaji enda entu besai ba sarawak.Nya meh mayuh bala ngemai diri ke menoa orang kin.
But sometimes bisi gak manager aka employer enggai ka ambik org fresh graduate. They rather give to the experience ppl. Y? Because they don't want to spend too much in training & develop their staff. We shouldn't point one finger to one party only, but we should think how to solve it. And yeah, Ensunai.. im totally understand your feeling coz we have been in the same boat. Not all org enggai ka kerja sengapa*wink2*
