Previous weekend we work hard to clean the backyard. Remove the weeds. There an unwanted creature attacked my tapioca, lemon grass and turmeric that I planted at the backyard. People call it japanese snail (don’t know why), probably it is origin from Japan. We use salt by putting it into its shield to kill this sort of pest, and it probably dies instantly.
We have to kill ya, for those veggies to survive. With those veggies I have like tapioca and lemon grass, it is no needs for me to buy from Sunday market which is cost some money. Especially hubby like to make a sambal from lemon grass, it is help a lot. I have a regular species of lemon grass. Currently I am searching for a fragrance of lemon grass. Wish anybody to help. Very hard to find maybe it is a rare species.
We make our weekend as beautiful by do barbeque some catfish. It is lovely when you eat by putting some chili padi. Instead of barbequing we turn the catfish to smoke catfish. It is take quite a long time for it to become smoke. These smoke catfish really yummy, which is can consume for a week. My daughter, Sunged loves the smoke catfish soup added with white rice.
This coming weekend maybe we star to plant veggies from the seeds. I have lady fingers waiting to plant. We will purchase some more seeds.
