Wrap Up Some Stories Early Year 2017

I bring some fresh hot chilies from kampong except the small bell chilies aka cabik gerunong and big red chillies which were bought from wet market. I don't know if i ever fond of sambal belacan so much, but i tried a few times of making homemade sambal belacan.My girl always a fan of mine when it come to making sambal. But my Mr.right could not try it knowing the sambal less pedas, i do not know what tongue he has so stand with the hot.The hotter the best. There were one time i tried to plant the bell chili but fail to grow. My hand not that greenly.

                                                    

There were 3 time i tried to make a homemade Korean kimchi. Guess my fan love it as always include the Mr.Right daddy. They love it with noodle and 3 layers.

 Well the lil boy take his first step.They having fun under umbrella.

Kapit my hometown

Kapit..I really miss you.Well,Kapit is my hometown.A place where i was born and grew up.But now, i'm at somewhere,not in Kapit anymore.

I miss the tranquility of Kapit.Really feel so safe and we free to play and jump into the river during childhood.Really ideal place for picnic and camping and fishing.I miss that moment.

Iban longhouse along the river bank.

My longhouse at the upstream of the river bank.Last time, you can even see a lot kind of fish such as empurau, semah,tengadak and labang deep inside the clear water.Sorry guys i don't know the scientific name of these fish. But im sure these fish you can even catch it easily and cook it in the bamboo for a great taste and best aroma or iban words is pansuh,yummy!

But now, a bit water pollution, from clear water become milo water because of logging activity.Well this picture is somewhere at Pelagus,down stream area.A lot of people say that Pelagus river is really true true adventure.You can see a big rock in the middle of river.The express boat driver is expert to handle this situation.More adventure to upstream of Pelagus area.Did you heard about Bakun hidryoelectric project?

I go back to Kapit sooner.I promise i will have more picture to share and more about Kapit story.

Visiting To Kampung Assum

I've no idea what i'm gonna do at my spare time especially during weekend,so here we go,visiting Kampung Assum somewhere in Borneo Highland.I don't know the approximate time to go there maybe 45 minutes from Kuching to Borneo Highland,yet to go inside the village.

I think it's good idea to go there to rejuvenate myself.So fresh and cool air.And far far away from the crowd,from buses and from noisy in the city.

So,here the way to Borneo Highland,it's the same way to go to Annah Rais, a place for hot springs.Emmm quite nice and smooth road ?


We're driving along the road.



We drived and drive,until we see.Stopppp!We capture a really magnificient view I think.That's St.Paul,a church where the villagers from Kg.Benuk to pray and worship.Behind there is a high mountain.




Then,we keep moving.And stopp again to capture the guard house and entry before you can go inside the Borneo Highland Resort.I've went there one time,emm very cool with a greenery,i'm not telling lie to you.You can go for the jungle SPA,golf tournament ,bird seeing etc etc.But I lake a Swan Lake,so peaceful and quiet,the only bird singing in the sky.Haa don't forgot to go to the tower of Kalimantan border seperated the Sarawak from Indonesia.





I capture the view again.It's really refresh me.


We almost arrive.Here the way to go inside the Kampung Assum.So pity to us,to the road condition still bad,If you go inside there such a poor road,so i don't waste my time to captured it.Sida tu bedau datai jalai ke manah.


We take five before proceed.

Now,we have to walk along the path because the cars cannot go through.We have to walk almost for 1 hour.Really good exercise. Last time,the farmers walked along this way to go to paddy field and carried a gunni sack of paddy rice.So tough.Now,much more easier they can use a motorcycle.

Here, he welcomed us.

Take a rest after long walk and chat chat with beloved uncle,relative and so on.
