Just babbling

Yesterday, I’ve a mix conversation with my friend- thinking about to further the study.

I believe that education can change the people’ future, probably a people like me being come from the remote area. However, in this technology and modern era of globalization there are still some peoples left at the back. No education, being difficulty to live a life.
I ask them, what is stopping you from go to school and learn? Some says, my parent can’t afford, (probably this can be accepted) some says I lost of interest to learn so I quit from schooling at form 3 the age of 15.

The parents really sad and don’t know what to do? If their children no more interest to go to school. I just remember that my parent never go to school. So my parents really wish that I will do really well at school so that I can live my life better. They said don’t be like them. I can understand my parent at the 1950’s era really hard to get an opportunity to go to school. My grandparent can’t afford to send them to school. At that time, there was no facility or education fund as we have now.

At the age of 15, what they can do? Probably if they come from rich family maybe it different solutions? How about in poor family? Are they waiting for someone to come home and give them free foods? Probably they do something? Any employer dare to hire the under age teenager.

However, some of the boys being working at the car workshop. Some of them take a good opportunity to learn something and getting new skills that could be used near the future. How about girl? Some of them become a maid, however there was scenario that they getting married early.

Talking about married, I just remember someone said. You fell under category one mean that you as a girl with nothing mean no job no education, make sure you find a husband that a stable or married someone rich. What kind of solution is that??
Under category two, if you as a girl with job make sure you really stable. So that you will not depend on your future husband.

Sometime I can’t understand….Now we have a lot of opportunity compare as last time. People say, opportunity just come once so take it. But now, there are a lot and lot of opportunities just we choose it right. Even now, we can further our studies anytime, any where., university is open in Malaysia…Just ask ourselves.
