I believed’Be obedient is as one of role as an employee, either in the small, medium or big organizations-because company is belong to other’s people, except if the company is bapak u punya.If it’s belong to your father also got the rules to be followed by you as a child.

But...in this world, the beautiful things is not always permanent, isn’t it? Same at workplace. Either like it or not ,no choice. You,probably not you will be confronted with a lot types of person coz’we are not alone living in this world. Some just hear what you say; some will be listening to you. Some will pretend not to see you even though you’re big like elephant sitting in front, while some busy body and menyampuk tak habis habis.Some assume some is stupid, like he or she is correct all the times. Some become a victim and swallowed alive by someone.
